What is TONi, and what is Grid?
TONi is the brand, vision and technology behind a personal computing platform that keeps its intelligence local. Grid is TONi's web application shell — a single, unified workspace served at toni.ng, free to join and not a trial.
What is Keep?
Keep is TONi's offline-first agent runtime, and it is in development. The intent is that the model, the planner, memory, the permission layer and tool execution all run locally, on ordinary hardware, so the agent can do real work with no network at all. Internet access, web search and connected applications are treated as tools the agent may reach for, not dependencies it fails without. None of it is built yet: Keep is not shipped, not installable, and is not running on anyone's machine today.
What is Insights?
Insights is TONi's free news digest inside Grid. It provides categorised updates, saved articles, local caching, refresh and a rotating daily quote. It is built and working today.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining Grid is free and is not a trial. Nothing on the site is for sale today, and Keep is in development rather than on sale.
Who is behind TONi?
TONi was founded on August 20, 2026 in Port Harcourt, Nigeria by Tochi Nwokedi. TONi is not currently a registered company; it becomes a legal entity when usage, revenue or contracts justify that step.
